These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SpiceScroll website (the "Platform"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through SpiceScroll.com. The SpiceScroll name, the SpiceScroll logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SpiceScroll or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of SpiceScroll.

4.2. User-Generated Content

By submitting or posting content on the Platform (e.g., recipes, tips, comments, photos), you grant SpiceScroll a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Platform and SpiceScroll's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Platform (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User-Generated Content and have the right to grant the license granted above.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpiceScroll, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, your User-Generated Content, any use of the Platform's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Platform.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Platform and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of India without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

11. Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and SpiceScroll regarding the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Platform.
